Member Services

PMI provides a forum where plumbing industry companies can meet to discuss topics that affect the industry and its consumers - from safe drinking water to water conservation to safety in the bathroom. In order to discuss these issues, PMI members have to be kept up-to-date on developments, so it is out of necessity that much of what PMI does relates to communication. Communication plays a paramount role in the Institute, whether it is communication among members, legislators and regulators, or communication with the public.

Participation in PMI affords members the opportunity to work with other manufacturers to positively effect changes in the industry. Its membership constitutes a strong voice on legislative & regulatory matters, plumbing & building codes and standards, water conservation and provides marketing and management information to its members and the industry.
