Dates, Location of its 2004 Spring Meeting

Schaumburg, Ill. — The Plumbing Manufacturers Institute (PMI) has confirmed the dates and location of its 2004 Spring Meeting. The meeting will be held Sunday, April 25 to Wednesday, April 28, at the Doubletree Hotel, Sonoma Wine Country. PMI's upcoming 2003 Fall Meeting is being held Sunday, October 26 to Wednesday, October 29, at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C.
The Doubletree, situated between the dramatic panoramas of the Sonoma Coast of California and the award-winning appellations of Sonoma Wine Country, is a scenic hour's drive to San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge. The hotel is surrounded by two 18-hole championship golf courses and boasts 245 guest rooms, curbside transportation to and from Oakland and San Francisco airports, tennis courts and outdoor pool, sun deck and fitness center. The adjacent Doubletree Plaza includes a day spa, specialty shops and restaurants.
PMI's semiannual meetings offer members and invited guests the opportunity to meet with other members, gain legislative and regulatory insight, and take an active role in developing and addressing plumbing issues with other key industry leaders. In addition to committee meetings addressing universal conformity assessment, fair trade, government affairs, member services, and information technology, PMI's semiannual meetings also include product group meetings, which include but are not limited to specialty finishing, faucets, shower/tub-shower fittings, showerhead and hand showers, flushing devices, and fixtures.
